We apologize for the very late upload. You'll be getting a double header this week. A lot has happened since this episode was recorded. We start with Elon Musk getting his 56 Billion Dollar compensation package for all the work he did with Tesla. Also, Elon is on a warpath now with Apple for integrating ChatGPT into Siri. We get into some of the crypto charts towards the middle of the episode with the spot ETH ETF current start date being set for July 2nd. Now let's see if that holds true. The mass adoption of Bitcoin is happening slowly by big institutions. We discussed how the Wisconsin Pension Fund bought a total of 162 Million dollars to start their BTC position as a hedge against inflation. Alex also mentioned that the ETH ETF might not have the same demand as the Bitcoin ETF has generated. However, that being said the biggest bank in Singapore bought 625 million worth of actual ETH. No joke there may be more demand than what we think! And we still think it should be significant but we will have to wait and see. Of course, we had to talk about the celebrity meme coins. $Mother, Iggy Azalea's token did so well that she closed down her Onlyfans and moved all her followers to Telegram. $Mother has a 100M plus market cap. CRAZY! We tie that in with NOTCOIN the buzz from the gaming token that just dropped from Telegram. It is definitely a wild ride of an episode.

Well damn, what a turn of events happening in the market. The bois never lost conviction about the ETH ETF being approved. However the rest of the market definitely did. ETH had moved 20% on that note and that kind of inflow is no joke. ETH hasn't moved like that in ages making it reclaim a sizable chunk of bitcoins dominance. Our hypothesis : The SEC is being pushed by the government in charge especially after trump announced he will be accepting crypto for donation. Looks like the current administration realized they will need some crypto votes if they don't want to lose the next election. Will this be enough? We also discuss what can happen after the approval… Alt Season?

Bags did start to pump on Tuesday tho and they continued going through the week. We discuss coinbases outages which are very typical for bull runs in case you didn't know. We also discuss how the SEC wants to protect investors but they didn't protect them from FTX, Three Arrows, and Celcuis. So as you can tell, they are doing a banged-up job. We cover the return of Roaring Kiity or as Alex called him Crypto Kitty. Close enough right? With that unexpected return, the market saw the rise of GME and AMC stocks. The SEC Strikes again! RobinHood Crypto has been hit with a Wells Notice from our favorite not-so crypto friendly agency the SEC. RobinHood Crypto is allegedly being called a clearinghouse for crypto transactions instead of an exchange. Robin Hood Crypto is not the first one to be served with a Wells Notice, we also have Coinbase, Unisawp and Metamask that all have been served in the recent past.
We had to mention the current standing of the market we are in and William went over some of the tokens that he's looking to add to his bag. We get into the IRS and how the government overspends and misallocates our taxpayer dollars.

The Bois addressed the elephant in the room, BTC crashed!! Bitcoin this week has hit the deepest retrace of about 23%. We recap some of the things going on in the market from the Hong Kong ETF performing below expectation, while William had a different opinion on that. We discuss some new Taxation laws that the IRS is putting into effect like Form 1099 - DA. Of course, we had to talk about Alex's favorite topic: taxation with a possible 44% capital gains tax and a 25% unrealized gains tax for the one-percenters. We also talked about some of the moves that the market was making since the whole market was bleeding. As of today, we are seeing a nice bounce. Nonetheless, we do our best to bring you some fun and interesting topics. From Bitcoin after the halving and how the ETF inflows have slowed down just a bit from the past few weeks. To Alex having to share some news from a cyber attack for the source code of El Salvador's crypto wallets known as Chivo Wallet. In the prior attack, the hackers leaked El Salvador's citizen's private information. We had a few conversations between them. We wrapped up with the FTC banning non-competes and FTX getting ready to auction off some more Solana. We know this episode might be a little rough right now but we promise the next one will be 100 times better.
